The RESI Awards

With over 900 guests filling the London Hilton, Park Lane, The RESI Awards provided a fantastic platform for the foundation in terms of profile and fundraising.

The RESI Awards has played host to the likes of the Christian and Nick Candy, Tony Pidgley, Bruce Ritchie, Stephen Stone amongst others in the two years that it has been running, almost doubling in size from 2012 to 2013.

Branded donation envelopes were left on each table for guests and an incredible £11,000 was raised by an extremely generous crowd following a very moving speech about Josh and the aims of the Foundation by trustee Rohan Kemp.

Savills kindly donated 2 tickets for the Champions League final at Wembley which were put into a prize draw. The winner kindly decided to put them in for a live auction which trustee Alix Green ran. The bids reached £2,000 and the winner generously put them back in for auction and a new bid of £2,200 was accepted raising an amazing £4,200. This meant the total raised on the evening was a staggering £15,200.

A huge thank you from all of the trustees to UBM the organisers of the Resi Awards and the incredibly generous attendees on the night.
